Abstract

In a supply voltage regulator, such as for a television EHT circuit, a saturable reactor, including core 137 and winding 37, is conductively connected to, but magnetically isolated from the secondary winding 22d of a supply transfer. A capacitor 38 is connected to winding 37 to develop a circulating current that aids saturation of the core 137, and thereby regulate the secondary voltage. A third winding 22e develops a further supply voltage, also thereby regulated, this voltage being for example the EHT voltage. <IMAGE>
