1534956 Labelling proteins with Tc<SP>99</SP> J ABRAMOUICI A-M ERMANS and O JEGHERS 7 May 1976 [15 May 1975 12 Aug 1975] 18939/76 Heading C3H In a method of labelling proteins with 99m technetium, pertechnetate is reduced and the reduced pertechnetate is put into contact with at least one protein from the group comprising fibrinogen and immunoglobulins so as to label the protein, the method being characterized in that the pertechnetate is reduced in the presence of a reducing agent at a pH between 11 and 12 and the resulting mixture containing the protein labelled with technetium is purified by removing unwanted degradation products of the protein and non-bound technetium.
