Abstract

1432878 <SP>99</SP>m-Technetium labelled enzymes RESEARCH CORP 12 July 1973 [21 Aug 1972] 33380/73 Heading C3M [Also in Division A5] A process for preparing <SP>99m</SP>Tc-Streptokinase or <SP>99m</SP>Tc-Urokinase from Streptokinase or Urokinase respectively comprises (a) treating from 5-250 kin of the appropriate enzyme with from 15-20 mCi of <SP>99m</SP>TcO 4 -, (b) adding to the mixture of step (a) freshly prepared stannous chloride in hydrochloric acid, (c) buffering the pH to above 7, (d) allowing the mixture to stand until the labelling action has taken place and (e) removing unreacted pertechnetate from the mixture.
