Claims (12)
1. En metod för att tillverka en film i en pappersmaskin, varvid nämndafilm har en ytvikt på mindre än 50 g/m2 och varvid densiteten av filmen ärhögre än 750 kg/m3, innefattande stegen att: tillhandahålla en suspension innefattande mikrofibrillerad cellulosa; forma en bana av nämna suspension på en porös duk, varvid nämndabana innefattar > 30 vikt-% mikrofibrillerad cellulosa; ytlimma nämnda bana, varvid banan, vid påbörjan av ytlimningssteget,har ett fuktinnehåll inom intervallet från 10 till 50 vikt-%.
2. Metoden enligt krav 1, varvid fuktinnehållet i ytlimningssteget avbanan är inom intervallet från 25 till 50 vikt%, eller inom intervallet från 40 -50 vikt-%.
3. Metoden enligt något av kraven 1 eller 2, varvid fuktinnehållet ifilmen efter torkning är inom intervallet från 1 till 8 vikt-%, eller inom intervalletfrån 3 till 6 vikt%.
4. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid filmens densitet ärhögre än 950 kg/m3, eller filmens densitet är högre än 1050 kg/m3.
5. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid denmikrofibrillerade cellulosan har ett Schopper Riegler värde (SR°) på mer än90 SR°, eller mer än 93 SR°, eller mer än 95 SR°.
6. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid ytlimningsstegetutförs i en limpress, eller en filmpress.
7. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid ytliminingsstegetutförs med skum.
8. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvidytlimningskemikalier tillsätts i ytlimingssteget, såsomnatriumkarboximetylcellulosa, hydroxietylcellulosa, etylhydroxietylcellulosa,metylcellulosa, nanokristallin cellulosa (CNC), stärkelse, polyvinylalkohol(PVA), partiell hydrolyserad polyvinylalkohol, 14 poly (diallyldimetylammoniumklorid) (PDADMAC), polyvinylamin, polyetylenimin, polyvinylacetat, styren/butadien-latex, styren/akrylat latex, proteiner, kasein, modifierade stärkelsepolymerereller partiklar, inkluderande kombinationer eller modifikationer av deovannämnda polymererna, och pigment, såsom utfällt kalciumkarbonat(PCC), mald kalciumkarbonat (GCC), kaolin, talk, gips, bentonit, kisel, ochhemicellulosa, och lignin, och funktionella additiver såsom optiska vitmedel,tvärbindare, mjukgörare, infiltrationsförstärkare, Smörjmedel, färgämnen,hydrofibiska/oleofobiska kemikalier, bioaktiva kemikalier, eller blandingardärav.
9. Metoden enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvid metodenvidare innefattar steget att bestryka banan eller filmen.
10. Metoden enligt något av de föregående kraven, varvidpappersmaskinen har en vidd på mer än 2 m, elelr en vidd på mer än 3.3 m.
11. En film innefattande mikrofibrillerad cellulosa, som kan erhållasgenom metoden enligt någotn av kraven 1 till 10, varvid filmen har en ytviktpå mindre än 50 g/m2 och en densitet på mer än 750 kg/m3.
12. Filmen enligt något av kraven 11 till 12, varvid ytvikten är mindre än45 g/m2, eller mindre än 35 g/m2, eller mindre än 25 g/m2, och varviddensiteten av filmen är högre än 950 kg/m3, eller högre än 1050 kg/m3.
