Description

500 270 rullningslagret omges av ett foder 19, 20 pressat runt lagrets ytterring, innnan vevaxeln monteras i vevhuset.
Lagerhuset visas i detalj i fig. 3 i en vertikal genomskärning. l-Iuskroppen utgörs av en plåtkopp 21 som har en yttre ring 22 och en inre 23. Den yttre, som ingår i lagerfodret, har en beläggning 24 av elastomer, såsom gummi eller plast. Den inre utgörs av en tätningsring 25 vars ytterkanter är utbildade som läppar 26, 27 med god anliggning mot den genomgående tappen av vevaxeln.
Läppen 26 förhindrar att övertryck i vevhuset skall läcka ut, och läppen 27 att undertryck i vevhuset utifrån utjämnas. En ringformad skruvfjäder 28 är anbringad utanpå läppen 26 som stöd för dennas anliggning mot vevaxeltappen.
Då vevhuset monteras och skruvarna dras åt tätar respektive ytor på delarna lO, 12 mot varandra. Elasticiteten i beläggningen 24 bidrar till att even- tuella ojämheter i kaviteterna utfylls, då skruvarna dras åt, så att effektiv tätning runt lagren erhålls. Kaviteterna kan därför lämnas obearbetade sådana de erhålls genom gjutning, eftersom redan erhållna toleranser är tillräckligt goda till fodret. Tack vare fodret erhålls även ett jämnt tryck runt om den yttre lagerringen, vilken därigenom inte deformeras då skruvarna dras åt.
Den elastiska beläggningen på lagerhuset medför lugnare gång hos motorn och därmed mindre vibrationer och oljud. Den elastiska upplagringen av vevaxeln medför även mindre risk för vevaxelbrott.
Det beskrivna utförandet skall betraktas som exempel på hur uppfinningen kan realiseras. Givetvis kan detaljer flyttas, kompletteras, ersättas eller göras avvikande utan att därför uppfinningens grundtanke frångås.

Claims (1)

1. 3 Patentkrav 500 270 Lagerhus för vevaxeln av en tvåtakts förbränningsmotor med vevhusspolf ning och rullningslager (17,18) i vevhusgavlarna, försett med en ringformad del (22) bildande foder kring nämnda lager och i monterat tillstånd fastklämd i lagersäten (14,15) i vevhusgavlarna, och en skivformad del (21), utförd i ett stycke med den ringformade delen och bildande sidovägg i huset utanför det inneslutna lagret, k ä n n e t e c k n a t d ä r a v, att den ringformade delens utsida är belagd med ett elastiskt ämne (24), och att den skivformade delen av huset har ett centrumhål (23) i vilket en tätningsring (25) mot vevaxeln är insatt och har cirkulära läppar (26,27) som är axiellt utstående i motsatta riktningar.
