Abstract

The arrangement is for handling motor vehicles on a roll-on/roll-off ship, and includes a cassette device (14a,14b,14d) moving horizontally on the vehicle decks. The cassette device comprises a cassette (14a) with a storey arrangement connected by ramps and determining the vertical positions in the vehicle deck panels. Further cassettes (14b) constitute a support structure for the vehicle deck panels.
