Description

Blocket 4 är försett dels med rader av backade stift 15 vilka är fastlödda i kretskortet och exempelvis över tryckta ledare 31, 32, 33 förbundna med de olika komponenterna. Vid sin andra sida är blocket ll försett med raka stift 14 vilka på samma sätt som stiften 15 är fästa i rader av hål och gör ingrepp med ett anslutningsblock 5 som har honkontakter 6. Anslutningsblocket 5 är i fortsättning av honkontakterna försett med anslutningsstift 7 vilka bildar rader på samma sätt som de övriga stiften i blocket 4.
Koaxialledaren 1 som skall förbindas med anslutningsblocket 5 har en cylinder- formig skärmhylsa 8 som är förbunden med den yttre ledaren och har sådan ytterdiameter att den kan insättas mellan fyra stift 7a - 7d på blocket 5.
Skärmhylsan 8 är försedd med fyra slitsar 12 vilka är kortare än stiften 7. Vid monteringen fastlöds först mittledaren l vid mittstiftet 9, varefter hylsan 8 skjuts in mellan stiften 7a - 7d på sådant sätt, att dessa ingriper i slitsarna.
Genom att stiften har en spets pressas stiften utåt under skärmens förskjutning i nedåtriktning, så att genom ingrepp med slitsens ändkant hålls skärmhylsan i fixerat läge. På detta sätt har man erhållit en löstagbar koaxialförbindelse från ledaren 1 till komponenten 3.
Fig 2 och 3 visar i front- respektive planvy koaxialanslutningen enligt uppfin- ningen före och efter att hylsan har inskjutits mellan stiften. Stiftens inre kontur ligger utmed en cirkel som har något mindre diameter än skärmhylsan.
När hylsan skjuts i nedåtriktning glider stiften 7 i slítsarna 12 tills de kommer i beröring med slitsarnas ändvägg och genom att stiftens ändar är avfasade glider stiften snett utåt längs hylsans yttre vägg som det framgår av den högra delen av fig Z. Det är möjligt att utom den elastiska fasthållningen även fastlöda stiften vid hylsans 8 vägg som det är antytt med 16 i fig 2.
Det framgårratt man genom uppfinningemerhållit ett mycket enklare anslut- ningsdon än det som man tidigare har använt då man utnyttjar befintliga standardanslutningsdon som förses med skärmhylsa med längsgående slítsar.

Claims (3)

1. lD 8106104-6 PATENTKRAV 1 Anslutningsdon för att ansluta en koaxíalledare (1) till en komponent (3) anordnad pa ett kretskort (2) av sådan typ som vid sin ena kant är försett med rader av anslutningsstift (14) vilka samverkar med anslutningsblock (5) med honkontakter (6) pa den ena sidan och till dessa hörande förbindningsstift (7) på den andra sidan, k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav att i anslutningsblocket (5) fyra stift (7a - 7d) är så placerade, att en koaxialledares skärmhylsa (8) kan inskjutas mellan dessa och ett stift (9) som ligger centralt i förhållande till nämnda fyra stift är anordnat att fastlödas vid koaxialledarens mittledare (ll), varvid skärmhylsan (B) är försedd med längsgående slitsar (12) vilka är ungefär lika breda som stiftens tjocklek men är kortare än dessa, så att vid inskjutning av skärmhylsan mellan stiften dessa gör ingrepp med slitsarnas väggar och fasthaller hylsan (8).

Anslutningsdon enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav att nämnda fyra förbindningsstift (7a - 7d) omsluter en cirkel, vars diameter år nagot mindre än skärmhylsans yttre diameter, sa att vid inskjutning i slitsarna med sina ändpartier glider mot slitsens ändvägg och böjs i utâtriktning.
3. Anslutningsdon enligt patentkrav l eller 2, k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav att skärmhylsan är förbunden med stiften genom svetsning eller lödning.
