Abstract

نظام وطريقة لفحص بنية مادة مركبة لاكتشاف العيوب حيث تشتمل على أ) جهاز فحص به وسيلة تسخين لتسخين سطح البنية، كاميرا تعمل بالأشعة تحت الحمراء لاستقبال أشعة من السطح استجابة للتسخين، وسيلة تحكم مهيأة لتوليد صور حرارية من الأشعة تحت الحمراء، ب) نظام توجيه يتضمن تجهيزة للحصول على صور حرارية من عينة مادة مركبة معروفة تشتمل على مجموعة من عناصر التسخين موضوعة لتسليط حرارة على سطح العينة بالكامل، وكاميرا تعمل بالأشعة تحت الحمراء لالتقاط صور حرارية للعينة، ونظام معالجة لتسجيل الصور الحرارية في قاعدة بيانات توجيه، وج) نظام حاسوب مقترن بنظام التوجيه وجهاز الفحص مهيأ لاستقبال صور حرارية من جهاز الفحص ورصد متغيرات العيوب في البنية باستخدام قاعدة بيانات التوجيه. شكل16أ.
