Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بجهاز للتحويل بالهيدروجين hydroconversion لمنتجات زيت ثقيل (الشحنة الجديدة fresh load). يشتمل الجهاز المذكور على: - مُفاعل تحويل بالهيدروجين hydroconversion reactor بعمود فقاعات ملاط slurry bubble column، والذي يشتمل على خط تغذية feed line والذي به يتم نقل الحمولة الجديدة وطور الملاط المُعاد تدويره recirculated slurry phase، وخط إدخال لتيار الهدرجة hydrogenating stream ومخرج لفيض التفاعل reaction effluent عبر فوهة مخرج outlet nozzle؛ - عمود تنصيل stripping column بضغط عالي ودرجة حرارة مرتفعة يوضع أسفل المفاعل reactor ومتصل مباشرة بفوهة المُفاعل عبر خط أنابيب حيث يتدفق فيض التفاعل؛ يكون للعمود المذكور خط مدخل لغاز التنصيل، مدخل لفيض التفاعل، مخرج علوي للبخار ومخرج لطور الملاط؛ - خطوط ووسائل لإعادة تدوير الملاط الذي يُغادر عمود التنصيل؛ - خطوط ووسائل لامتصاص تيار التصريف، والذي له دور في منع تراكم المواد الصلبة بالمفاعل. يتميز عمود التنصيل بأنه يحتوي على واحدة أو أكثر من وسائل التلامس التي تسمح بأن ينشأ تلامساً مادي بين الأطوار المختلفة. شكل1
