Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتوفير جهاز من نوع طبقة مميعة fluidized-bed-type apparatus وطريقة لمعالجة الجبس gypsum، يمكن أن ينشط أو يحسن ميوعة مسحوق الجبس لتعزيز تأثير معالجة الجبس، مثل تعديل أو تجانس مسحوق الجبس. يشتمل جهاز معالجة الجبس (1) على وعاء مفاعل reactor vessel (2)، منفذ إمداد هواء مكيف conditioned air supply port (6)، جدار تقسيم أفقي (5) ومجموعة من الأرياش الثابتة stationary vanes (10). يسمح الجدار بتدفق هواء مكيف conditioned air flow (Af) للتدفق إلى أعلى إلى منطقة تفاعل (). يتم ترتيب الأرياش في فاصل زاوي في اتجاه محيطي. ويتم توفير طبقة مميعة fluidized bed (M) من جبس مكلس calcined gypsum (Gb) في الوعاء. تعمل الريشة على انحراف تدفق الهواء المكيف (Ag) الذي يتدفق إلى أعلى إلى منطقة التفاعل، نحو الاتجاه المحيطي وقطرياً إلى الخارج لمنطقة التفاعل. يُكوّن الجبس المكلس (Gb) تحرك مائع واثب أو حركة واثبة في الوعاء مع تدفق الهواء. شكل1
