Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتركيبة يمكن أن تحل محل استخدام بوليمر عديد هيدروكسيل polymer polyol (POP) مشترك من إستيرين – أكريلونيتريل styrene-acrylonrile ، حيث تشتمل على بولي إيثر عديد الهيدروكسيل أ polyether polyol A له قيمة هيدروكسيل hydroxyl value عبارة عن 100-1000 مجم هيدروكسيد البوتاسيوم potassium hydroxide (KOH)/ جم ومجموعة وظيفية functionality عبارة عن 4-8، وبوليمر عديد الهيدروكسيل polymer polyol له قيمة هيدروكسيل عبارة عن 12-100 مجم KOH/ جم، مجموعة وظيفية عبارة عن 2-4، ومحتوى من المادة الصلبة solid content عبارة عن 4-45%، حيث لا تحتوي أفرعه branches على وحدات بولي إستيرين polystyrene units. تؤدي رغوة بولي يوريثان polyurethane foam المنتجة بالتركيبة الحالية للحلول محل استخدام بوليمر إستيرين-أكريلونيتريل المشترك POP التقليدي إلى تفادي مشكلة تطاير إستيرين styrene volatilisation نتيجة عدم وجود إستيرين، وتحتفظ رغوة بولي يوريثان المنتجة أيضاً بخصائص فيزيائية مكافئة أو حتى أفضل مقارنة برغوة بولي يوريثان المصنوعة من بوليمر إستيرين-أكريلونيتريل مشترك POP في الفن السابق؛ ومن ثم، يمكن أن يح
