Abstract

Защита проема стекла автомобиля, содержащая непрозрачную броню, отличающаяся тем, что защита содержит бронированную рамку, повторяющую форму проема стекла автомобиля и состоящую из нескольких частей различной формы, каждая из которых крепится по периметру проема стекла со стороны салона автомобиля через отверстия, соответствующие резьбовым отверстиям на кузове. Защита проема стекла автомобиля (далее защита) относится к автомобильной промышленности, в частности к изготовлению бронированных автомобилей, обеспечивающих безопасность при вооруженном нападении.Protection of a car’s glass opening (hereinafter referred to as protection) refers to the automotive industry, in particular to the manufacture of armored vehicles that ensure safety in an armed attack.

Защита 1 состоит из частей 2, изготовленных из бронированных листов путем лазерной резки (см. фиг.1, 2). Установка защиты 1 осуществляется следующим образом: подготавливают боковые и верхнюю часть проема стекла автомобиля к бронированию, для этого снимают штатную обшивку. Одну из частей 2 защиты 1 примеряют к месту установки, через выполненные заранее отверстия 3, наживляют деталь к штатным резьбовым отверстиям проема стекла автомобиля, отмечают недостающие отверстия, снимают часть 2. Высверливают недостающие отверстия, устанавливают резьбовую гайку или заклепку, ставят и закрепляют часть 2 защиты 1, притягивая ее к проему стекла автомобиля. Следующую часть 2 защиты 1 перед установкой стыкуют с предыдущей частью и ставят аналогичным образом. Таким образом, устанавливают все части 2 защиты 1, образуя единую конструкцию (см. фиг.1, 2).
