Abstract

Броневая защита потолка автомобиля относится к автомобильной промышленности, в частности к изготовлению бронированных автомобилей, обеспечивающих безопасность при вооруженном нападении.Armored car ceiling protection refers to the automotive industry, in particular to the manufacture of armored vehicles that provide security during an armed attack.

Бронезащита 1 состоит из частей 2, изготовленных из бронированных листов путем лазерной резки (см. фиг.1, 2).Armor protection 1 consists of parts 2 made of armored sheets by laser cutting (see figures 1, 2).

Установка бронезащиты 1 осуществляется следующим образом: подготавливают потолок автомобиля к бронированию, для этого снимают штатную обшивку и оклеивают его вибродемпфирующим материалом. Одну из частей 2 бронезащиты 1 примеряют к месту установки, через выполненные заранее отверстия 3, наживляют деталь к штатным резьбовым отверстиям потолка, отмечают недостающие отверстия, снимают часть 2. Высверливают недостающие отверстия, устанавливают резьбовую гайку или заклепку, ставят и закрепляют часть 2 бронезащиты 1, притягивая ее к потолку. Следующую часть 2 бронезащиты 1 перед установкой стыкуют с предыдущей частью и ставят аналогичным образом.
