Пиролизная установка, содержащая термореактор с косвенным обогревом, систему отвода пиролизных газов, соединенную последовательно с конденсатором, отстойником жидких осадков и нагревателем термореактора, а также систему отвода дымовых газов, последовательно соединенную с холодильником обдува воздухом и системой очистки, отличающаяся тем, что в систему отвода пиролизных газов последовательно конденсатору и отстойнику включены два гидрозатвора, а в систему отвода дымовых газов включен гидрофильтр с катализированным входом, соединенный с электрофильтром, при этом приемники жидких углеводородов гидрозатворов и гидрофильтра, а также приемник жидких осадков отстойника соединены через насосы с форсунками, размещенными в термореакторе, в котором расположен электронагреватель непосредственного нагрева.A pyrolysis installation comprising an indirectly heated thermoreactor, a pyrolysis gas exhaust system connected in series with a condenser, a liquid sludge settler, and a thermoreactor heater, as well as a flue gas exhaust system connected in series with an air blower cooler and a cleaning system, characterized in that in the exhaust system pyrolysis gases in series with the condenser and the sump are two hydraulic locks, and a hydraulic filter with a catalyzed input connected to the flue gas removal system is connected with an electrostatic precipitator, while the liquid hydrocarbon traps of the hydraulic traps and the hydrofilter, as well as the liquid sediment trap of the sedimentation tank, are connected through pumps to nozzles located in a thermoreactor in which a direct heating electric heater is located.
