Claims (14)
1. Катализатор селективной гидрогенизации, отличающийся тем, что он включает частицы пористого носителя, состоящего по меньшей мере из неорганического огнеупорного оксида, выбираемого из окисей алюминия, двуокисей кремния, алюмосиликатов и глин, и, в качестве активных элементов, из палладия, распределенного по периферии частиц, и по меньшей мере один элемент M, выбираемый из олова или свинца.
2. Катализатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на носителе по меньшей мере 80% палладия входит в объем частиц, определенный между периферией названных частиц и толщиной, равной 500 мкм.
3. Катализатор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что содержание палладия в нем равно 0,025-1,0 мас.%.
4. Катализатор по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что содержание палладия в нем равно 0,03-0,5 мас.%.
5. Катализатор по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что содержание в нем элемента M, выбираемого из олова и свинца, равно 0,05-4 мас.%.
6. Катализатор по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что металл M - это олово, и его содержание в катализаторе равно 0,2-4 мас.%.
7. Катализатор по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что металл M - это свинец, и его содержание в катализаторе равно 1-4 мас.%.
8. Катализатор по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что атомное соотношение элемент M/палладий равно 0,1-3.
9. Катализатор по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что на носителе металл M распределен по периферии частиц.
10. Катализатор по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что на носителе по меньшей мере 80% металла группы IVA входит в объем частиц, определенный между периферией названных частиц и толщиной в 500 мкм.
11. Катализатор по любому из пп. 1-10, отличающийся тем, что названный носитель состоит из окиси алюминия, удельная поверхность которой равна 5-200 м2/г, а пористый объем - 0,3-0,95 см3/г.
12. Способ селективной гидрогенизации углеводородной фракции, содержащей в основном моно- и диолефиновые углеводороды, отличающийся тем, что названную углеводородную фракцию приводят во взаимодействие с катализатором по одному из пп. 1-11.
13. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что названная фракция включает в основном углеводороды с 4 атомами углерода.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что названная фракция появляется при операции парового крекинга.
