Способ формирования межкишечного анастомоза "бок в бок", включающий сопоставление стенок фрагментов приводящей и отводящей кишок по задней и передней линиям анаситомоза, выполнение последовательно в каждом слое стенок, а именно в серозно-мышечном, подслизистом и слизистом, рассечения ткани и наложения швов на края фрагментов, отличающийся тем, что анастомоз формируют двухрядными узловыми серозно-мышечными швами, сопоставляя фрагменты "бок в бок", при этом сначала накладывают наружный ряд швов по задней линии анастомоза, затем рассекают ткань серозао-мышечного слоя между сопоставляемыми стенками кишок, проводят электрокоагуляцию слизистого и подслизистого слоев, накладывают внутренний ряд швов без захвата слизистого слоя по задней линии анастомоза, затем по передней линии анастомоза накладывают часть внутреннего ряда швов, рассекают ткань в слизистом слое, завершают наложение внутреннего ряда швов и накладывают наружные швы по передней линии анастомоза.A method of forming an intestinal anastomosis "side by side", including comparing the walls of fragments of the adducting and abducting intestines along the posterior and anterior lines of anasitomiasis, performing sequentially in each layer of the walls, namely in the serous-muscular, submucous and mucous membranes, dissecting the tissue and suturing the edges fragments, characterized in that the anastomosis is formed by double-row nodular serous-muscular sutures, juxtaposing the fragments "side to side", while first applying the outer row of sutures along the back line of the anastomosis, then dissecting canyon of the sero-muscular layer between the comparable walls of the intestines, conduct electrocoagulation of the mucous and submucosal layers, impose the inner row of sutures without trapping the mucous layer along the back line of the anastomosis, then along the front line of the anastomosis impose part of the inner row of sutures, dissect the tissue in the mucous layer, complete the application of the inner a number of sutures and impose external sutures along the anastomosis anterior line.
