1. A method of electric exposure to muscles and skin for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes, including exposure to a treated area of the skin by electric current pulses through electrodes previously moistened with an electrically conductive liquid or gel, characterized in that they act in microcurrents in steps in the range of 20 μA - 300 μA at frequencies 0.1 - 300 Hz, with an exposure time of 10-30 minutes at each stage, with a total duration of the procedure of 10 - 90 minutes and a general course of at least 5 procedures; e current, frequency and time of exposure, based on the desired type of exposure, in the following sequence: at the first stage, an effect is performed that causes normalization of the muscles, including lengthening or contraction of the facial or corporal muscles, and at the second stage, an effect is applied that causes the shortening (contraction) of the elongated muscles , at the third stage they act on the deep layers of the skin, causing the effect of deep hydration of the skin. 2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the effect of normalizing the muscles is carried out by microcurrents of 20-40 μA at a frequency of 0.1-1 Hz for 10-20 minutes. 3. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the effect of shortening the elongated muscles is carried out by microcurrents of 40-300 μA at a frequency of 0.7-15 Hz for 10-20 minutes. 4. 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the effect on the deeper layers of the skin is carried out in several stages by microcurrents of 40-200 μA at a frequency of 30-300 Hz for 10 to 20 minutes
