Abstract
1 з.п. This invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurosomatology. The method makes it possible to shorten the treatment time and lengthen the remission, which is achieved by electrostimulation of the trigeminal nerve exit point with pulses with a duration of 0.1 ms and a frequency of 2 Hz with an amplitude exceeding the pain sensitivity threshold with a duration of 10-20 minutes. 1 hp f-ly.
Description
This invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurosomatology.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment and increase remission.
The method is carried out as follows.
Pharmacotherapy is completely discontinued to the patient and stimulation of exit points II, III, I branches (depending on the location of pain) of the trigeminal nerve is carried out daily for 10 days through surface adhesive electrodes fixed in the form of metal plates 0.5-1.5 cm2 with an interelectrode distance of 2.5 cm. Stimulation is carried out with rectangular current pulses with a duration of 0.1 ms, a frequency of 2 Hz, and an intensity of more than 10 mA until the appearance of pain. The duration of the procedure is 15-20 minutes.
P rime p. Patient M., 34 years old, was admitted to the clinic with complaints of paroxysms of pain in the area of the right nasolabial fold radiating to the right cheek and temple. Attacks lasting 15-20 s, frequency up to 20-30 per 1 day. The pains are comparable to a lightning strike,
Болен в течение 2 лет, заболевание св зывает с простудой .the passage of current, provoked by touching the right lip, talking. Ill for 2 years, the disease is associated with a cold.
Objectively: hyperesthesi in the right nasolabial and buccal areas, the infraorbital nerve exit point is painful on the right, otherwise the neurological status is without features.
Clinical diagnosis: right-sided neuralgia of the II branch of the trigeminal nerve of central genesis.
A course of treatment with finlepsin in combination with tranquilizers, amitriptyline was performed. The course did not bring much relief. After discontinuation of drugs, a course of treatment was carried out according to the proposed method.
Стимул ци нерва проводилась импульсами длительностью 0,1 мс, частотой 2 Гц с постепенным увеличением амплитуды до определени по (ЛAt the exit point II of the branch of the right trigeminal nerve, the cathode of the bipolar surface electrode was located; the anode was placed 1.5 cm from it. Stimulation of the nerve was carried out by pulses with a duration of 0.1 ms and a frequency of 2 Hz with a gradual increase in amplitude until determined by (L

Horn pain sensitivity, which was 20 V. After determining the pain sensitivity threshold, the patient was stimulated to exit point II of the branch of the right trigeminal nerve using the specified parameters with an amplitude of 30 V for 12 min. In the process of treating a patient, the threshold of pain sensitivity increased slightly (to 24-26 V). In accordance with this, the amplitude of the therapeutic dosage of the stimulus was adjusted.
After the first procedure, the patient noted a decrease in seizures to 5 in 1 day.
