1. A method of granulating a carbon sorbent, comprising mechanically mixing the sorbent with a binder, forming granules, preheating them and subsequent calcining, characterized in that the mechanical mixing and molding of granules is carried out after the sorbent is kept in contact with molten paraffin until the sorbent is saturated with paraffin and then lowering the temperature below the crystallization level of paraffin, and the granules after molding are heated to 200 - 300 o C and maintained until the paraffin is completely evaporated. 2. 2. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the sorbent is thermally cleaved graphite having a bulk density of 2-10 kg / m 3 , and the quantitative ratio of thermally cleaved graphite and paraffin is from 1: 0.5 to 1: 0.2 by volume . 3. 3. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the preheating of the granules is carried out in an inert gas atmosphere. 4. 4. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that nitrogen is used as an inert gas.
