Abstract

Маммамодулин (ММ) - новый белок в 52 - 55 кДа, экспрессируемый гормононезависимыми клетками опухоли молочной железы, влияющий на морфологию, подвижность, рост и экспрессию рецептора гормона гормононезависимыми клетками опухоли молочной железы. Присутствие ММ, например, в биопсии опухоли является важным диагностическим индикатором. Ингибиторы активности ММ, например: MAb к ММ и антагонисты ММ применимы для лечения и контроля рака молочной железы.

Claims (1)

  1. Маммамодулин (ММ) - новый белок в 52 - 55 кДа, экспрессируемый гормононезависимыми клетками опухоли молочной железы, влияющий на морфологию, подвижность, рост и экспрессию рецептора гормона гормононезависимыми клетками опухоли молочной железы. Присутствие ММ, например, в биопсии опухоли является важным диагностическим индикатором. Ингибиторы активности ММ, например: MAb к ММ и антагонисты ММ применимы для лечения и контроля рака молочной железы.
