Abstract

FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: acid solutions with acidity 0.4-4.0 N which contains rare-earth elements (initial content of rare-earth elements in them being up to 2 g/l) and Ca, Sr, Al, Fe, Ti and others are treated by collecting agent. Dialkyl phosphoric acids having 7-14 carbon atoms are used as said collecting agent. The process is carried out by intense mixing of the solution and by uninterrupted bubbling it with air or with other gas being inert in relation to said solution. Expense of said collecting agent is 3-6 moles per 1 mole of rare-earth element. Said agent may be heated to temperature not more 100 C. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.

Изобретение относится к способам извлечения редкоземельных элементов из кислых растворов с низким исходным содержанием РЗЭ (до 2 г/л) и может быть использовано для получения обогащенного концентрата РЗЭ при комплексной переработке фосфатного сырья, в частности при извлечении РЗЭ из технических растворов производства фосфорной кислоты мокрым способом или из растворов выщелачивания фосфогипса кислотами. Сущность изобретения заключается в обработке кислых растворов с кислотностью 0,4-4,0 N, содержащих редкоземельные элементы, а также Са, Sr, Аl, Fе, Тi и др. фоновые элементы в количествах, сопоставимых или превышающих содержание РЗЭ, фосфорорганическим реагентом-собирателем, в качестве которого используются диалкилфосфорные кислоты с числом атомов углерода в алкильной цепи 7-14, при интенсивном перемешивании раствора и непрерывной продувке его воздухом или иным, инертным по отношению к раствору, газом и удалении образующегося пенного продукта. Собиратель используют без растворителя и подают в раствор непрерывно и равномерно в течение процесса при интенсивном диспергировании. Расход собирателя составляет 3-6 моль на 1 моль РЗЭ в зависимости от содержания конкурирующих элементов. The collector is used without solvent and is fed into the solution continuously and evenly during the process with intensive dispersion. The collector consumption is 3-6 mol per 1 mol of REE, depending on the content of competing elements. To reduce the viscosity, the collector can be preheated to a temperature of not more than 100 ° C.
