Abstract

Предложен способ получения твердого препарата для защиты культурных растений, заключающийся в совместной экструзии активного ингредиента с поливинилпирролидоном с последующим охлаждением экструдата до состояния ломкости и его дальнейшим измельчением. Полученный, в основном, гранулированный препарат может быть использован как таковой, либо может быть спрессован в таблетки или агломерирован в более крупные гранулы, причем каждая из этих форм быстро диспергируется при разбавлении водой и обладает биологической активностью, равной активности готовых эмульгируемых концентратов, что позволяет избежать использования нежелательных растворителей при изготовлении указанных препаратов.

Claims (1)

  1. Предложен способ получения твердого препарата для защиты культурных растений, заключающийся в совместной экструзии активного ингредиента с поливинилпирролидоном с последующим охлаждением экструдата до состояния ломкости и его дальнейшим измельчением. Полученный, в основном, гранулированный препарат может быть использован как таковой, либо может быть спрессован в таблетки или агломерирован в более крупные гранулы, причем каждая из этих форм быстро диспергируется при разбавлении водой и обладает биологической активностью, равной активности готовых эмульгируемых концентратов, что позволяет избежать использования нежелательных растворителей при изготовлении указанных препаратов.
