Abstract
FIELD: medicine, particularly, ophthalmosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method consists in performance of cornea incision, opening of sclera and implantation of implant. Method includes performance of at least three holes in sclera in oblique meridians in places corresponding to projection of flat part of ciliary body, introduction of the implant having at least three holes over periphery, introduction of posterior chamber through cornea incision through hole in sclera, of rods from biologically inert material and their screwing in respective holes in implant, and rods are reduced in size and fused. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation and reduced postoperative complications.
