EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation and reduced postoperative complications.

Указанная техническая задача решается тем, что в способе фиксации искусственного имплантата, заключающемся в проведении роговичного разреза, вскрытии склеры и имплантации имплантата, выполняют по крайней мере три отверстия в склере в косых меридианах в местах, соответствующих проекции плоской части цилиарного тела, вводят имплантат, содержащий по крайней мере три отверстия по периферии, в заднюю камеру через роговичный разрез через отверстие в склере вводят стержни из биологически инертного материала и ввинчивают их в соответствующие отверстия в имплантате, после чего стержни укарачивают и оплавляют.The invention relates to ophthalmic surgery.
