SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary suture fixation and implantation of the haptic part of a flexible intraocular lens in the ligament defect site prior to ablation of the crystalline lens. The intraocular lens is implanted and fixed by means of a suture applied in the rapture site before opening the front chamber. The method allows the intraocular lens to be implanted through the iris and through the pupil, and it makes possible to perform extra- and intrapupillary cryoextraction of the crystalline lens. EFFECT: more reliable fixation of intraocular lens; less frequent complications.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к офтальмологии, в частности к лечению сублюксированного хрусталика с имплантацией интраокулярной линзы (ИОЛ). Способ заключается в том, что при сублюксации хрусталика осуществляют предварительную, до удаления хрусталика, шовную фиксацию и имплантацию гаптической части эластичной ИОЛ в месте дефекта цинновой связки. ИОЛ имплантируют и фиксируют с помощью шва, наложенного до вскрытия передней камеры в прикорневой зоне радужки, в месте разрыва цинновой связки. Способ дает возможность имплантировать ИОЛ через иридотомию и через зрачок, а также выполнять экстра- и интрапупиллярную криоэкстракцию хрусталика. Способ позволяет предотвратить выпадение стекловидного тела через зрачок, блокировать область дефекта цинновой связки, обеспечить надежную фиксацию ИОЛ, уменьшить количество операционных и послеоперационных осложнений, связанных с выпадением стекловидного тела.The invention relates to ophthalmology, in particular to the treatment of a subluxated lens with implantation of an intraocular lens (IOL). The method allows to prevent the prolapse of the vitreous body through the pupil, block the area of the defect of the zinc ligament, ensure reliable fixation of the IOL, reduce the number of surgical and postoperative complications associated with prolapse of the vitreous.
