Abstract

Способ непрерывной разливки перитектических сталей для производства тонких слябов, при этом эти перитектические стали имеют содержание углерода от 0,10 до 0,15% и иногда от 0,09 до 0,16%, отличающийся тем, что конусность изложницы по крайней мере ее первого сегмента составляет от 2 до 6% на метр и частота колебаний изложницы должна составлять от 300 до 500 колебаний в мин с длиной хода вверх и вниз от ±2,5 до 4 мм, с общей длиной хода от 5 до 8 мм, при ограниченном основном или первичном и вторичном охлаждении.

Claims (1)

  1. Способ непрерывной разливки перитектических сталей для производства тонких слябов, при этом эти перитектические стали имеют содержание углерода от 0,10 до 0,15% и иногда от 0,09 до 0,16%, отличающийся тем, что конусность изложницы по крайней мере ее первого сегмента составляет от 2 до 6% на метр и частота колебаний изложницы должна составлять от 300 до 500 колебаний в мин с длиной хода вверх и вниз от ±2,5 до 4 мм, с общей длиной хода от 5 до 8 мм, при ограниченном основном или первичном и вторичном охлаждении.
