Abstract

Способ гибки и закалки стеклянного листа включает в себя нагрев листа в печи с нагревом по крайней мере одной части листа до более высокой температуры, чем другой части, транспортировку листа из печи и в узел прессогибки, формование листа его прессованием между противоположными взаимно дополняющими верхними и нижними прессующими элементами, по крайней мере один из которых нагревается внутри, перемещение гнутого стеклянного листа на качающееся опорное кольцо, соответствующее периферии листа, и закалку листа при его поддержке на опорном кольце.

Claims (1)

  1. Стеклянные листы и лист, полученный этим способом или на этом устройстве подвергнуты прессогибке и закалке и предназначены для использования, главным образом, в качестве оконных стекол в транспортных средствах. Такие стекла должны быть точно согнуты в сложную форму и при этом удовлетворять высоким стандартам в отношении оптических свойств и безопасности при их разрушении в сочетании с приемлемой стоимостью. Способ гибки и закалки стеклянного листа включает в себя нагрев листа в печи с нагревом по крайней мере одной части листа до более высокой температуры, чем другой части, транспортировку листа из печи и в узел прессогибки, формование листа его прессованием между противоположными взаимно дополняющими верхними и нижними прессующими элементами, по крайней мере один из которых нагревается внутри, перемещение гнутого стеклянного листа на качающееся опорное кольцо, соответствующее периферии листа, и закалку листа при его поддержке на опорном кольце.
