Abstract

Катализатор 201 для каталитической обработки отработавшего газа имеет корпус 203, впускное устройство 207, а также выпускное устройство 208. Корпус 203 содержит каталитические средства 210 с по меньшей мере двумя пакетами листовых элементов. Впускное устройство 207 сообщается с находящейся между пакетами внутренней полостью 221 и имеет у его устья ту же форму поперечного сечения, а также те же размеры поперечного сечения, что и внутренняя полость 221. Последняя имеет по меньшей мере одну свободную область, площадь поперечного сечения которой уменьшается в сторону от впускного устройства 437. Выпускное устройство 208 соединено с внешней полостью 222, находящейся между внутренне-поверхностными участками корпуса 203 и каталитическими средствами 440. Каждый пакет листовых элементов ограничивает проходы 217, которые расходятся в поперечном сечении в разные стороны от внутренней полости 221 к внешней полости. Это позволяет хорошо приспосабливать форму корпуса 203 к имеющемуся месту. Кроме того катализатор 201 имеет хорошие аэродинамические, а также холоднопусковые свойства и может быть изготовлен экономично.

Claims (1)

  1. Катализатор 201 для каталитической обработки отработавшего газа имеет корпус 203, впускное устройство 207, а также выпускное устройство 208. Корпус 203 содержит каталитические средства 210 с по меньшей мере двумя пакетами листовых элементов. Впускное устройство 207 сообщается с находящейся между пакетами внутренней полостью 221 и имеет у его устья ту же форму поперечного сечения, а также те же размеры поперечного сечения, что и внутренняя полость 221. Последняя имеет по меньшей мере одну свободную область, площадь поперечного сечения которой уменьшается в сторону от впускного устройства 437. Выпускное устройство 208 соединено с внешней полостью 222, находящейся между внутренне-поверхностными участками корпуса 203 и каталитическими средствами 440. Каждый пакет листовых элементов ограничивает проходы 217, которые расходятся в поперечном сечении в разные стороны от внутренней полости 221 к внешней полости. Это позволяет хорошо приспосабливать форму корпуса 203 к имеющемуся месту. Кроме того катализатор 201 имеет хорошие аэродинамические, а также холоднопусковые свойства и может быть изготовлен экономично.
