Abstract
FIELD: mining engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enriching of minerals, in particular, to technique for isolation of valuable heavy minerals and precious metals from deposits. Apparatus providing continuously withdrawing concentrate containing large-size, small-size, and fine gold includes units for following operations: preparation and transport of sand, catching of large- size gold and nuggets, catching of small-size and fine gold, and aftercatching of valuable components from overscreen product. Sand preparation and transportation unit has a place for sand push loading; grizzly screen, over which at least two high-pressure sprinklers are installed; sump for sand-clay refuse; perforated surface for push removal of boulder and gravel material; and hydraulic elevator with slurry pipeline. Large-size gold catching unit has a short deep-filling strake. Small-size and fine gold catching unit has a screen with tray, strakes with continuous withdrawal of concentrate and gravitational-centrifugal apparatus. Unit of aftercatching of heavy fraction from overscreen product is fabricated in the form of gutters with V-shaped bottom and a means to withdraw concentrate. In another embodiment of invention, gold preparation and transportation unit contains no hydraulic elevator with slurry pipeline, and sump is connected with deep-filling strake.
