SUBSTANCE: apparatus for radial adjustment of roll in prestressed stand includes mounted in chock eccentric sleeve 2 inside which roll bearing assembly is mounted, cover for axial fixation of said eccentric sleeve relative to chock 7, eccentric sleeve rotation drive mechanism 3. Eccentric sleeve 2 being variable-thickness sleeve, it has lug in the form of toothed sector 2a whose teeth are in constant engagement with rotation drive mechanism. Rotation angle α of said eccentric sleeve is limited by interaction of bearing surfaces l,ll of its sector 2a and chock. Symmetry plane of said lug in the form of toothed sector is normal relative to plane passing through axial lines of eccentric sleeve turnings. EFFECT: increased axial carrying capacity of apparatus due to mounting radial thrust ball bearing with large diameter, lowered expense for manufacturing liquid-friction bearing parts due to using standard sleeve- trunnions; decreased time period for correcting roll gap due to limiting rotation angle of eccentric sleeve usually being in zone of effective adjustment; increased service life of rolling roll due to large zone of using roll barrel diameter. 2 cl, 3 dwg

Цель изобретения - увеличение осевой грузоподъемности узла путем установки шарикового радиально-упорного подшипника качения большего диаметра; уменьшение затрат на изготовление деталей подшипников жидкостного трения за счет применения стандартных втулок-цапф; сокращение времени, затрачиваемого на коррекцию раствора валков, путем ограничения угла поворота эксцентриковой втулки и ее постоянного нахождения в зоне эффективного регулирования; продление срока службы прокатного валка вследствие увеличения диапазона использования диаметра его бочки. Устройство для радиальной регулировки валка предварительно напряженной клети содержит установленную в подушке эксцентриковую втулку, внутри которой смонтирован опорный узел валка, крышку осевой фиксации эксцентриковой втулки относительно подушки, привод поворота эксцентриковой втулки. Эксцентриковая втулка выполнена переменной толщины с приливом в виде зубчатого сектора, зубья которого находятся в постоянном зацеплении с приводом поворота, при этом угол поворота эксцентриковой втулки (альфа) ограничен в результате взаимодействия упорных поверхностей, выполненных на ее секторном приливе и в подушке, а плоскость симметрии прилива в виде зубчатого сектора расположена под прямым углом (90o) к плоскости, проходящей через оси расточек эксцентриковой втулки.The invention relates to rolling production, and in particular to the supports of the working stands of high-quality and wire mills equipped with non-continuous prestressing stands. The eccentric sleeve is made of variable thickness with the tide in the form of a gear sector, the teeth of which are constantly engaged with the rotation drive, while the rotation angle of the eccentric sleeve (alpha) is limited as a result of the interaction of the thrust surfaces made on its sector tide and in the pillow, and the plane of symmetry the tide in the form of a gear sector is located at a right angle (90 o ) to the plane passing through the axis of the bores of the eccentric sleeve.
