Reactor comprises, arranged in series and coaxially, combustion chamber with means for fuel/air combustion, mixing nozzle with injectors for injecting raw materials and water, and reaction chamber provided with means for quenching carbon black and gas products. Injectors are arranged at distance equal to 4-8 diameters of mixing nozzle from raw material introduction point. Способ получения сажи, включающий сжигание топлива с воздухом в камере горения, сужение потока продуктов горения в смесительном сопле, введение в него углеродсодержащего сырья и воды в количестве 0,1 - 0,5 кг/кг-сырья, расширение потока в реакционной камере, отличающийся тем, что часть воды подают в смесительное сопло в количестве 0,02 -0,09 кг/кг-сырья через 0,0005 - 0,0009 с после ввода сырья. Реактор для получения сажи содержит последовательно и соосно установленные камеру горения со средствами для сжигания топлива с воздухом, смесительное сопло с сырьевыми и водяными форсунками, расположенными на расстоянии, равном 4 - 8 диаметров смесительного сопла от места ввода сырья, и реакционную камеру со средствами для закалки сажегазовых продуктов, при этом смесительное сопло реактора дополнительно снабжено водяными форсунками, расположенными на расстоянии, равном 1 - 1,95 диаметра смесительного сопла.The invention relates to a method for producing soot and a reactor for its implementation.
