Abstract

FIELD: carbon black production. SUBSTANCE: method includes feeding of fuel, air, and water, combustion of fuel with air and mixing combustion products with steam, whereupon radial hydrocarbon raw material streams are introduced into narrowed stream of combustion products-steam mixture resulting in decomposition of hydrocarbon raw to yield solid-gas products followed by their quenching. Distinguishing feature of invention is that water is fed into narrowed combustion products' stream (1-100) 10s before raw material is introduced, whereas the latter, prior to be introduced into combustion products' stream, is supplemented with alkali and alkali-earth metal additives. In this case, process of preparing combustion products-steam mixture is divided into two stages: combustion of fuel with air is first performed to produce high-temperature stream of full combustion products followed by mixing the stream with steam. Another distinguishing feature is the ratio range, from 0.15 to 0.45, of water and raw material intakes into narrowed combustion products' stream. Reactor encloses successively and coaxially installed fuel- air mixing chamber, combustion chamber, mixing nozzle with injectors for feeding raw material, and reaction chamber with injectors for feeding water used for quenching solid-gas products. Reactor is distinguished with its additionally having water-feeding injectors radially mounted in mixing nozzle before raw material injectors at a distance equal to 0.1-2.4 diameter of mixing nozzle. EFFECT: increased dispersity and reduced roughness and structurization of product.

Способ получения сажи включает подачу топлива, воздуха и воды, сжигание топлива с воздухом и смешение продуктов горения с водяным паром, введение в суженный поток смеси продуктов горения с водяным радиальных потоков углеводородного сырья, его разложение с образованием сажегазовых продуктов и их закалку. Отличие способа заключается в том, что воду подают в суженный поток продуктов горения топлива за (1 - 140) • 10-5 с до подачи сырья и в сырье перед его подачей в поток продуктов горения вводят присадки щелочных или щелочно-земельных металлов. При этом процесс получения смеси продуктов горения с водяным паром разделяется на две стадии: сначала осуществляется сжигание топлива с воздухом с образованием высокотемпературного потока продуктов полного горения, а затем его смешение с водяным паром. Другое отличие способа заключается в том, что отношение массовых расходов воды и сырья в суженный поток продуктов горения равно 0,15 - 0,45. Реактор для осуществления предлагаемого способа получения сажи включает последовательно и соосно установленные камеру смешения топлива с воздухом, камеру горения, смесительное сопло с форсунками для подачи сырья и реакционную камеру с форсунками для подачи воды на закалку сажегазовых продуктов. Отличие реактора состоит в том, что он дополнительно снабжен форсунками для подачи воды, радиально установленными в смесительном сопле перед сырьевыми форсунками на расстоянии от них, 0,1 - 2,4 диаметра смесительного сопла. Another difference of the method lies in the fact that the ratio of the mass flow of water and raw materials in the narrowed flow of combustion products is 0.15 - 0.45. The reactor for the implementation of the proposed method for producing carbon black includes sequentially and coaxially installed a chamber for mixing fuel with air, a combustion chamber, a mixing nozzle with nozzles for supplying raw materials and a reaction chamber with nozzles for supplying water for quenching soot and gas products. The difference between the reactor is that it is additionally equipped with nozzles for supplying water radially mounted in the mixing nozzle in front of the raw nozzles at a distance from them, 0.1 - 2.4 of the diameter of the mixing nozzle. The proposed method and the reactor make it possible to obtain highly dispersed soot with low roughness and structurality.
