Abstract
Интегрированный способ и установка для повышения качества газойля. Боковой погон газойля обыкновенного одностадийного процесса гидрокрекинга циркулируют на стадию гидрообработки, такую как реактор насыщения ароматических соединений и/или реактор каталитической депарафинизации, для повышения качества газойля. Высококачественный газойль затем подвергается окончательной обработке в боковой отпарной колонне стадии ректификации. Интегрированный реактор гидрообработки может уменьшить нагрузку на существующее оборудование стадии гидрокрекинга и может преимущественно использовать тепло, выделяемое в ходе реакции, что исключает необходимость во многом оборудовании, которое обычно требуется в случае отдельно расположенного реактора гидрообработки, известного из предшествующего уровня техники.
Claims (1)
- Интегрированный способ и установка для повышения качества газойля. Боковой погон газойля обыкновенного одностадийного процесса гидрокрекинга циркулируют на стадию гидрообработки, такую как реактор насыщения ароматических соединений и/или реактор каталитической депарафинизации, для повышения качества газойля. Высококачественный газойль затем подвергается окончательной обработке в боковой отпарной колонне стадии ректификации. Интегрированный реактор гидрообработки может уменьшить нагрузку на существующее оборудование стадии гидрокрекинга и может преимущественно использовать тепло, выделяемое в ходе реакции, что исключает необходимость во многом оборудовании, которое обычно требуется в случае отдельно расположенного реактора гидрообработки, известного из предшествующего уровня техники.
