Claims (6)
- 원료중 적어도 20부피%를 원료의 초기비점 이하에서 끓는 물질로 전환시키기에 유효한 수첨분해 조건과 6996-20986kPa(1000-3000psig)의 압력에서 수첨분해기에서 원료를 수첨분해하고 수첨분해된 물질고 오염된 수소가스를 함유하는 수첨분해기 유출물을 수첨분해 과정시 생성되는 황화수소 및 암모니아 오염물질을 제거하는 흡수공정에 도입하고, 정제된 수소가스를 포함하는 흡수공정으로부터의 유출물을 수첨분해된 물질이 고압탈납 지역에서 촉매적으로 탈납되는 촉매탈납 공정에 도입하고, 탈납된 수첨분해 물질과 수소가스를 함유하는 촉매 탈납지역으로 부터의 유출물을 수첨분해된 물질내의 윤활유원료를 안정화시키기에 유효한 조건에서 작동되는 고압수소 처리 지역으로 도입시키고, 수소 처리기 유출물을 고압분리기에 도입하고 탈납되고 안정한 윤활유 원료를 함유하는 탄화수소와 보충수소가스를 회수하고, 오염된 수소 가스를 많은 양의 황화수소와 암모니아가 제거되는 고압흡수장치로 도입시킴으로서 재순환 수소를 형성하고 마지막으로 재순환수소와 보충수소를 수첨분해장치에 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 비점이 343℃(650°F)이상인 탄화수소 원료로부터 탈납된 윤활유를 제조하는 방법.
- 탈납 촉매가 ZSM-5 또는 ZSM-11로 구성된 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 6996-20786kPa(1000-3000psig)의 압력, 274°-426℃(525°-800°F)의 온도와 0.2-20의 LHSV조건에서 촉매탈납을 실시하는 청구범위 1 또는 2에 따른 방법.
- 재순환 수소의 압력이 수첩분해 장치로 도입되기 전에 527kPa(750psig)이하로 증가되는 청구범위1-3 중 어느 하나에 따른 방법.
- 탈납 촉매가 수소화 성분이 혼합된 모더나이트로 구성되어 있는 청구범위 1-4중 어느 하나에 따른 방법.
- 초갬 탈납장치에 공급되는 새로운 보충 수소의 양이 공정내에서 소비되는 수소의 양과 거의 같은 청구범위 1-4 중 어느 하나에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
