Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of UV light filters. SUBSTANCE: UV light filter is used as a component of optical hygrometer for suppressing irradiation of lamp at the range of luminescence of ions ofhydroxyl. Cutting-out UV light filter is made on the base of monocrystal magnesium fluoride by illuminating the filter with quanta with energy of 10-15 eV at exposure of 200-300 mW/hour and temperature of 200-300 deg C. Described UV filter is able to absorb lamp radiation at 270-320 nm range from 2% to 0% and transmit radiation at 121,6 range to 50%. The light filter is chemically resistive to different acids, heating to 500 deg C and UV irradiation. EFFECT: improved quality of filter. 1 cl, 1 dwg

Claims (1)

Изготовленный по предлагаемому способу УФ светофильтр применяется в составе оптического гигрометра для подавления излучения лампы в области люминесценции ионов гидроксила OH-. Вырезающий УФ светофильтр изготавливается на основе монокристаллического фтористого магния путем его облучения квантами с энергией 10 - 15 эВ, при экспозиции 200 - 300 мВт•ч и температуре 200 - 300oC. Предлагаемый способ позволяет изготовить УФ светофильтр, поглощающий излучение лампы в области 270 - 320 нм от 2% до 0% и пропускающий излучение в области 121,6 нм до 50%. Светофильтр химически стоек по отношению к различным кислотам, нагреву до температуры 500oC и УФ облучению.The UV filter made by the proposed method is used as part of an optical hygrometer to suppress lamp radiation in the luminescence region of hydroxyl ions OH - .
