Изобретение относится к ветеринарии, в частности к способам профилактики и лечения желудочно-кишечных заболеваний сельскохозяйственных животных, а именно диареи. Технический результат - повышение эффективности, профилактики и лечения заболеваний, вызванных энтеротоксином кишечной палочки при удобстве реализации способа. Способ осуществляется следующим образом. В качестве лекарственного препарата используют анатоксин, выделенный из энтеротоксигенного штамма E.coli. Препарат вводят молодняку парентерально на 1-3 сут с начала заболевания в дозе 0,5-2 мл с лечебной целью и взрослому животному за 1-12 дней до родов в дозе 6-8 мл с профилактической целью.The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to methods for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases of farm animals, namely diarrhea.
