Abstract

FIELD: rolled stock production. SUBSTANCE: method of rolling ready shapes from shaped blank in rolling equipment including first input universal stand, second output universal stand and breakdown stand arranged between said stands. Breakdown stand is arranged prior to group of rolling stands. Shaped blank being fed from continuous casting plant has at both sides of web thickened portions corresponding to ready shape. Height, web thickness and(or) flange thickness of shaped blank are matched with dimensions of ready rolled shape in such a way that said shaped blank enters directly to first universal stand and further it is finally rolled up to ready product with predetermined sizes or it is rolled with reduction of portion in the form of web and(or) flange-like thickened portions of shaped blank for providing different from initially set dimensions before entry of said blank to first universal stand in rolling line arranged in parallel with rolling line of said rolling installation. Then shaped blank is moved in cross direction to be placed just in position prior to compact group of rolling stands. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
