Цель - уменьшение травматичности операции за счет исключения вскрытия костно-мозгового канала и повышение жесткости фиксации аппарата в костной ткани, а вместе с тем улучшение жесткости фиксации костных отломков. Аппарат внешней фиксации имеет два видов - для репозиции и стабилизации отломков. Аппарат внешней фиксации для репозиции отломков состоит из двух резьбовых штанг 1 и 2, которые соединены репонирующим устройством, состоящим из двух кожухов 3 прямоугольной формы, жестко соединенных между собой. На одной резьбовой штанге попарно расположены с помощью установочных колец 8 скобы 9, на браншах которых установлены резьбовые втулки 10 со стержнем 11. Стержень имеет заостренный рабочий конец, снабженный резьбой. Установочное кольцо имеет стопорный болт 17 с подошвой, поверхность которой выполнена соответствующей резьбе штанги. На другую резьбовую штангу надета трубка 21, на ней также расположены попарно установочные кольца 8 со скобами 9. Аппарат внешней фиксации для лечения переломов и ложных суставов длинных костей состоит из резьбовой штанги 1, на одном конце которой попарно расположены кольца 8 со скобами 9. Установочное кольцо имеет стопорный болт с подошвой. На другой конец резьбовой штанги надета трубка 21 с возможностью вращения и перемещения вдоль оси штанги. На ней также расположены скобы с помощью установочных колец. Аппарат внешней фиксации для лечения переломов и ложных суставов длинных костей содержит две резьбовые штанги 1 и 2.
