Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive is made up as a planet gear whose control link is set in rotation by way of the variator. The driving disks of the variator are mounted on the driving shaft. The driving link is coupled with a motor (asynchronous motor) of a constant speed of rotation. The control link is kinematically connected with a self-braking worm reduction gear whose input shaft is connected to the motor, e.g. a low power hydraulic motor, to permit smooth controlling of the speed of rotation. When the driving link is set in rotation by an asynchronous motor and control link is braked, the driven link rotates with a maximum speed. When the speed of rotation of the control link varies from zero to a maximum value, the driven link changes its speed of rotation from a maximum to zero. The worm reduction gear can be replaced with any mechanism that provides self- braking. EFFECT: expanded control limits. 2 cl, 2 dwg

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к области станкостроения и может быть использовано в устройствах, рабочий орган которого должен бесступенчато менять частоту вращения. Цель изобретения - расширение диапазона регулирования частоты вращения, повышение частотной точности и передаваемого крутящего момента.The invention relates to the field of machine tools and can be used in devices, the working body of which must steplessly change the speed. The purpose of the invention is the expansion of the range of speed control, increasing the frequency accuracy and transmitted torque.
