Abstract
Поток этилена, который в качестве примеси содержит этан, или поток пропилена, который в качестве примеси содержит пропан, вводят в контакт с полимеризационным катализатором, в результате чего получают полимерный продукт, включающий в себя непрореагировавший этилен или пропилен и соответствующий алкан. Газовую смесь, содержащую этилен или пропилен и соответствующий алкан, отделяют от полимерного продукта и подвергают адсорбции при температуре 50 - 200°С в слое адсорбента, который селективно адсорбирует алкены, благодаря чему из газовой смеси адсорбируется практически весь пропилен или этилен. Этилен или пропилен десорбируют из адсорбента и возвращают в полимеризационную зону. Процесс проводят при низкой степени конверсии за проход с возвратом в процесс непрореагировавшего мономера. В системе настоящего изобретения адсорбционная установка может быть размещена перед или после полимеризационного реактора.
Claims (1)
- Поток этилена, который в качестве примеси содержит этан, или поток пропилена, который в качестве примеси содержит пропан, вводят в контакт с полимеризационным катализатором, в результате чего получают полимерный продукт, включающий в себя непрореагировавший этилен или пропилен и соответствующий алкан. Газовую смесь, содержащую этилен или пропилен и соответствующий алкан, отделяют от полимерного продукта и подвергают адсорбции при температуре 50 - 200°С в слое адсорбента, который селективно адсорбирует алкены, благодаря чему из газовой смеси адсорбируется практически весь пропилен или этилен. Этилен или пропилен десорбируют из адсорбента и возвращают в полимеризационную зону. Процесс проводят при низкой степени конверсии за проход с возвратом в процесс непрореагировавшего мономера. В системе настоящего изобретения адсорбционная установка может быть размещена перед или после полимеризационного реактора.
