Abstract

FIELD: chemical industry, purification of exhaust gasses of nitric acid production, smoke gasses of high temperature furnaces and boiler houses. SUBSTANCE: catalyst is produced by impregnation of alumooxide carrier with water solution of palladium salt, drying and reduction. In the case carrier with moisture absorption of 0.18 - 0.28 g/cm is used and impregnation is carried out using palladium acetate solution of 0.92 - 5.9 % concentration, that additionally has 2.2 % sodium acetate. Produced catalyst has increased activity and its production is not accompanied with toxic wastes. EFFECT: increased catalyst activity, its production is not accompanied with toxic wastes. 1 cl

Claims (1)

The inventive catalyst is carried out by impregnating an alumina carrier with an aqueous solution of palladium salt, drying and recovery, using a carrier with moisture absorption of 0.18-0.28 g / cm, and the impregnation is carried out with a solution of palladium acetate with a concentration of 0.92-5.9 % and additionally containing 2.2% sodium acetate. The resulting catalyst has increased activity, its preparation is not accompanied by toxic waste.
