Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: vibration insulating support has tore-shaped flexible member with elliptical section. Larger axis of flexible member is positioned in parallel with support axis. Supporting plates of support are provided with pressure rings attached to inner surfaces. Coils are retained-fixed on supporting plates by means of concave profile formed as annular groove-channel and on pressure rings by means of convex profile formed as annular bead disposed at transverse plane side. Each half of flexible member coil having curvature approximating to straight line facilitates improvement of elastic properties of support due to unstressed state without preliminary tension. EFFECT: reduced noise and vibration, wider operational capabilities and improved elasticity of supports. 2 cl, 3 dwg

Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, в частности двигателестроения, а более конкретно - к усовершенствованию виброизолирующих опор двигателей внутреннего сгорания (ДВС) и может быть использовано для снижения шума и вибрации поршневых машин и других механизмов судовых и стационарных энергетических установок. Виброизолирующая опора содержит торообразный с эллипсообразным поперечным сечением с большой осью, параллельной оси опоры, упругий элемент, опорные пластины с прижимными кольцами, расположенными на внутренней поверхности пластин. Места прохода, фиксации-крепления витков на опорных пластинах выполнены с вогнутым профилем в виде кольцевой канавки-паза, а на прижимных кольцах - с выпуклым профилем в виде кольцевого бурта со стороны поперечной плоскости.
