Inner cavity of intermediate ladle is separated by three zones with use of partitions arranged symmetrically relative to branch pipe and having trapezoidal cross section with inclination angle of faces near base consisting 5-30 degrees. Distance between axis of partitions consists 0.4- 0.6 of spacing between axis of casting nozzles. EFFECT: enhanced quality of continuously cast ingots, increased efficiency of plant.

Изобретение относится к металлургии, конкретнее, к непрерывной разливке металлов. Технический эффект при использовании изобретения заключается в улучшении качества непрерывнолитых слитков и повышении производительности процесса непрерывной разливки. Технический эффект достигается тем, что устройство для поточного вакуумирования металла при непрерывной разливке включает разливочный ковш, вакуумную камеру с патрубком, установленным в днище вакуум-камеры и входящим в рабочую полость промежуточного ковша, вакуум-провод и разливочные стаканы, установленные в днище промежуточного ковша. Внутренняя полость промежуточного ковша разделена на три зоны при помощи перегородок, расположенных симметрично относительно патрубка, выполненных трапецеидальной формы в поперечном сечении с углом наклона граней у основания в пределах 5-30o, при этом расстояние между осями перегородок составляет 0,4-0,6 расстояния между осями разливочных стаканов.
