Целью изобретении является улучшение моющей способности твердого мыла в холодной воде, ускорение процесса нейтрализации жирных кислот. Указанная цель достигается тем, что в жирнокислотную композицию на начальной стадии нейтрализации вводится анионоактивное вещество. При этом снижается поверхностное натяжение воды, которое препятствует моющей способности, повышается первоначальный объем пены, стабилизируется эмульгирующая способность, снижается вязкость омыляемой массы в процессе нейтрализации жирных кислот.The invention relates to the production of solid soap, intended both for sanitary purposes, and for household needs. The aim of the invention is to improve the washing ability of solid soap in cold water, accelerating the process of neutralizing fatty acids. This goal is achieved by the fact that an anionic substance is introduced into the fatty acid composition at the initial stage of neutralization. At the same time, the surface tension of water decreases, which impedes the washing ability, the initial volume of the foam increases, the emulsifying ability stabilizes, and the viscosity of the saponified mass decreases in the process of neutralizing fatty acids.
