Abstract

Средство, ослабляющее течение болезни при нефротическом синдроме и симптомах гепатопатии, которое включает водорастворимые полисахариды, содержащие поли-D-галактуроновую кислоту в качестве эффективной составляющей, полисахариды, которые можно экстрагировать из Tanjin водой или водным растворителем, имеющие следующие характерные свойства: cодержание сахара - 60 - 100%; состав композиции, содержащей сахар: 40 - 60% уроновой кислоты (состоящей практически полностью из D-галактуроновой кислоты) и 10 - 30% нейтральных сахаров; состав нейтральных cахаров, мас.%: рамноза - О - 15; глюкоза - 0 - 15; галактоза - 25 - 50; арабиноза - 30 - 60; манноза - О - 15, мол. м. 150000 - 300 000; и способ получения описанных полисахаридов, который включает предоставление возможности водному экстракту Tanjin пройти через пористую полимерную смолу с последующей очисткой посредством гельфильтрационной хроматографии.

Claims (1)

  1. Средство, ослабляющее течение болезни при нефротическом синдроме и симптомах гепатопатии, которое включает водорастворимые полисахариды, содержащие поли-D-галактуроновую кислоту в качестве эффективной составляющей, полисахариды, которые можно экстрагировать из Tanjin водой или водным растворителем, имеющие следующие характерные свойства: cодержание сахара - 60 - 100%; состав композиции, содержащей сахар: 40 - 60% уроновой кислоты (состоящей практически полностью из D-галактуроновой кислоты) и 10 - 30% нейтральных сахаров; состав нейтральных cахаров, мас.%: рамноза - О - 15; глюкоза - 0 - 15; галактоза - 25 - 50; арабиноза - 30 - 60; манноза - О - 15, мол. м. 150000 - 300 000; и способ получения описанных полисахаридов, который включает предоставление возможности водному экстракту Tanjin пройти через пористую полимерную смолу с последующей очисткой посредством гельфильтрационной хроматографии.
