Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos para aislar mutantes mejoradores de tráfico de proteínas de administración de fármaco. En una modalidad, la invención proporciona un portador para la administración de un agente terapéutico a un organelo, que comprende un polipéptido codificado por un gen mutante base de pentona.
