Abstract

FIELD: production of free-flowing combined feeds in animal farms and enterprises. SUBSTANCE: method involves metering of components by means of movable meterer having load capacity less than working volume of mixer; dividing required dose of each component, defined by working volume of mixer, into even number of suspensions with weight not exceeding load capacity of meterer; throwing each suspension upon collecting of required suspension; mixing metered components in batch mixer; preparing combined feed in two stages of metering-mixing. At the first preparatory stage, components having share in ready product less than 10% of maximum load capacity of meterer are metered and mixed; at the second final stage remaining components of receipt and preliminary mixture produced at the first stage are metered and mixed, with both metering-mixing stages being effectuated in succession at the same processing line. EFFECT: increased precision of metered doses of components, reduced production costs, simplified arrangement of line equipment and enhanced reliability.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к способам приготовления рассыпных комбикормов в животноводческих хозяйствах и на межхозяйственных комбикормовых предприятиях. Оно позволяет повысить точность дозирования компонентов комбикормов, снизить капитальные и эксплуатационные затраты на процесс дозирования-смешивания, упростить компоновку оборудования технологической линии. Дозирование всех компонентов производится на одном передвижном дозаторе с грузоподъемностью меньшой, чем рабочая емкость смесителя, причем требуемая доза каждого компонента, определяемая по рабочей емкости смесителя, разделяется на целое число навесок, не превышающих по массе грузоподъемность дозатора и сбрасываемых после набора каждой навески. Смешивание отдозированных компонентов производится в смесителе порционного действия. Процесс приготовления комбикорма осуществляется в две стадии дозирования-смешивания. На первой (подготовительной) стадии дозируются и смешиваются компоненты, имеющие долю в конечном продукте, накапливаемом в смесителе, менее 10% от максимальной грузоподъемности дозатора, на второй (заключительной) стадии - оставшиеся компоненты рецепта и осуществляется предварительная смесь компонентов первой стадии, причем обе стадии дозирования-смешивания происходят последовательно на одной и той же технологической линии.The invention relates to methods for the preparation of bulk feed in livestock farms and on-farm feed enterprises. Mixing of the dosed components is carried out in a batch mixer. The process of preparing feed is carried out in two stages of dosing and mixing. At the first (preparatory) stage, components that have a proportion in the final product accumulated in the mixer of less than 10% of the maximum capacity of the dispenser are dosed and mixed, at the second (final) stage, the remaining components of the recipe and a preliminary mixture of the components of the first stage is carried out, both stages dosing-mixing occur sequentially on the same production line.
