Abstract

FIELD: common salt from natural or man-made sodium chloride solutions production process. SUBSTANCE: method provides for liquors evaporation by evaporation aggregate with production of suspension of 30 - 40 % evaporated crystal salt; thickening of suspension and washing of crystals of common salt by initial liquor with clarified liquor feeding back for evaporation; classification of suspension in hydraulic cyclone; second washing of crystal salt; centrifuging of salt with centrifuged effluent for evaporation; salt drying; evaporated suspension is subjected to classification in hydraulic cyclone; suspension is deluted to concentration of crystal salt 10 - 20 % and discharging solution of hydraulic cyclone id divided for three parts, one of which, that is equal to 50 - 90 % of total flow of liquor, is sent to delute evaporated suspension, another one, that is equal to 7 - 25% of total flow, is sent for evaporation. From rest third part of discharging solution solid phase is separated and mother solution is used to make second washing of crystal common salt. In the case 30 - 90 % of mother solution is evaporated on separate stage till full separation of all salts from solution with their following separation from solution and drying. Part of evaporated, that makes 0.05 - 0.5 kg per 1 g separated salts, is separated from evaporated suspension and taken out of process in the form of separate product. EFFECT: increased productivity of process.

The invention relates to a technology for the production of salt from solutions of sodium chloride of natural or artificial origin. For this purpose, in a method for producing sodium chloride, including evaporating brines in an evaporation plant to obtain a suspension containing 30-40% of crystalline salt, thickening the suspension and washing the crystals of sodium chloride with the initial brine, returning the clarified brine to evaporation, classification of the suspension in a hydrocyclone, second washing crystalline salt, centrifugation of the salt with the return of the centrate on evaporation, drying of the salt, one stripped off suspension is classified in a hydrocyclone, dilute the suspension to a concentration crystalline salt of 10-20%, and the hydrocyclone drain solution is divided into three parts, one of which, equal to 50-90% of the total flow of the solution, is sent to dilute the evaporated suspension, the other part, equal to 7-25% of the total flow, is sent to evaporation, the solid phase is separated from the remaining third part of the drain solution, and the mother liquor produces a second washing of crystalline sodium chloride, with 30-90% of the mother liquor evaporated in a separate stage until all salts are completely separated from the solution, followed by their separation from the solution and drying, and the part of the stripped off solution, amounting to 0.05-0.5 kg per 1 kg of salts, is separated from the stripped off suspension and removed from the process as a separate product.
