Изобретение относится к области металлургии, в частности к изменению свойств металлов и сплавов путем термической обработки. Предлагается способ получения изделий и полуфабрикатов с помощью сварки и последующей термической обработки, при котором термическая обработка осуществляется одновременно со сваркой и включает регламентированное охлаждение шва и околошовной зоны и нагрев соседних с околошовной зоной участков. Причем шов и околошовную зону в интервале от температуры на 1100 - 700°С ниже температуры кристаллизации металла шва до 750 - 200°С охлаждают со скоростью 3 - 25 град/мин, а соседние с околошовной зоной участки при этом нагревают до температуры на 100 - 300°С ниже температуры соответствующего участка шва, охлаждая с той же скоростью. Предлагаемый способ может быть использован в машиностроительной области на заводах при изготовлении изделий и полуфабрикатов из металлов и сплавов.The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to changing the properties of metals and alloys by heat treatment.
