The invention relates to the field of foundry, in particular to methods for producing foundry molds. The invention solves the problem of uniform compaction of the mold in height and area of the flask. The essence of the method consists in the following: protruding plungers of a multi-plunger head, installed on a copier or program in accordance with the configuration of the models, carry out a preliminary compaction of the form in the "pockets". The seats above the models are not sealed or partially sealed. The magnitude of the initial protrusion of the plungers from the base plane of the head is determined by the ratio of 0.7 - 1.2 differences in the maximum height of the model and the height of the model in the place corresponding to the position of the plunger. After the head passes 0.3 - 0.8 of the calculated height of the filling frame, the protruding plungers are transferred to the position of the base plane of the head with a speed 1.2 - 5 times faster than the rate of penetration of the head into the form. Forming the mixture is squeezed into the voids above the "pockets", which reduces the uneven compaction.
