Изобретение позволяет провести высокоэффективную и селективную очистку отходящих газов, удешевить процесс за счет снижения расхода реагентов и получения регенерируемого отработанного раствора. Сущность изобретения: очистку газов осуществляют путем их охлаждения и пылеотделения, промывки водой в режиме противотока в каскаде последовательно установленных абсорберов с получением плавиковой кислоты с последующей подачей газа на санитарную очистку от фтористого водорода в абсорбер, где в качестве поглотителя используют техническую воду в количестве 1 л на 80 - 160 л газа, отработанную воду используют в качестве поглотителя на стадии получения плавиковой кислоты, а газ подвергают обработке 5 - 10 %-ным раствором углекислого натрия в количестве 1 л раствора на 520 - 1000 л очищаемого газа. Отработанный раствор регенерирут известными способами.
